I've been pretty sad. But it's okay. Sadness is a feeling, that when embraced, can offer its own form of enjoyment. To be sad is a proof of life. Being around good friends helps. Knowing your values helps. Time helps. But perhaps what helps the most is realizing that being sad is a very normal part of life.
