Book Club++: Reverse AI Brain Drain in your organization by building a Shared Knowledge Base in a low stakes format

A trojan horse organization upgrade via book club.
After 4 weeks, your team has a shared knowledge vocabulary, a living repository, and a practice for evaluating information quality.
- Reverse AI brain drain in your organization through critical thinking
- Create a shared commonbase (above) with the communication technology you already use (Slack, Teams, etc.) to surface relationships between your team and their data
- Team Building and Individual Satisfaction for the employees who participate
- Transfer strategies of storing and synthesizing from the book club to wider OKR goals in the organization
Process:
- Choose 3-10 people who are willing to read two or three books in one month (self-chosen books)
- Share quotes and conversations throughout the month in a Slack channel
- As conversation happens, the Commonbase automatically updates
- Once per week meetings to discuss how to store (week 1), search (week 2), synthesize (week 3) and share information (week 4)
~$4000/monthly cohort (technology and resources included)
