Book Club++: Reverse AI Brain Drain in your organization by building a Shared Knowledge Base in a low stakes format

An example Commonbase

A trojan horse organization upgrade via book club.

After 4 weeks, your team has a shared knowledge vocabulary, a living repository, and a practice for evaluating information quality.

  1. Reverse AI brain drain in your organization through critical thinking
  2. Create a shared commonbase (above) with the communication technology you already use (Slack, Teams, etc.) to surface relationships between your team and their data
  3. Team Building and Individual Satisfaction for the employees who participate
  4. Transfer strategies of storing and synthesizing from the book club to wider OKR goals in the organization

Process:

  1. Choose 3-10 people who are willing to read two or three books in one month (self-chosen books)
  2. Share quotes and conversations throughout the month in a Slack channel
    1. As conversation happens, the Commonbase automatically updates
  3. Once per week meetings to discuss how to store (week 1), search (week 2), synthesize (week 3) and share information (week 4)

~$4000/monthly cohort (technology and resources included)
